Completely renovated from top to bottom, the hospital now boasts state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that the latest medical technology is at the fingertips of its dedicated staff. The hospital's new furnishings are both functional and welcoming, creating an atmosphere where patients can feel cared for and at ease. With these upgrades, Madera Community Hospital is poised to offer unparalleled healthcare services to its residents once more.
CDPH Site Survey
On February 10th, the Madera Community Hospital began a state-required survey conducted by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). This comprehensive assessment, which has been progressing smoothly, is anticipated to conclude with positive results. During the survey, CDPH meticulously examined the hospital to ensure that all policies and procedures are properly in place and to confirm the safety of our patients. We have warmly welcomed the CDPH team and worked alongside them to not only meet but exceed the stringent requirements for patient care and employee education. Additionally, various hospital services such as ICU, Med Surg, Outpatient, Surgery, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, and Food Services are under review. This thorough evaluation will further enhance our offerings, ensuring our community receives the highest standard of healthcare and bolstering trust within our community. The positive collaboration with CDPH is a testament to our ongoing commitment to excellence in healthcare. We are confident that the survey's outcome will reflect our dedication to providing exceptional care and continuously improving our services for the benefit of our patients and staff.
Upon conclusion of the survey, CDPH will host an exit meeting to discuss their final findings and determine a date for reopening Madera Community Hospital. This milestone will mark a new chapter in our mission to provide high-quality healthcare to our community.
